Feasibility, approvals and pre-construction

Our team has the skill and knowledge to rigorously assess each project from an overall delivery position.

We account for all design, construction, statutory, sustainability, and whole-of-life requirements to enable clients to make sound decisions based on facts and well defined long-term benefits.

Design concept and development

Our team has established relationships with both national and locally based consultants including architects, engineering firms and other industry specialists.

During the design phase we lead the value management process, providing guidance and advice through knowledge and experience to ensure value for money, buildability, and statutory compliances.

Construction, handover, commissioning and defects liability

Our team has exceptional experience in the construction of major building works and refurbishment projects.

During this phase we work closely with clients to select the right contractor and prepare for the physical build. We then work closely with the contractor providing value through experience and driving performance to achieve certainty in terms of cost, time, and quality.
